A Circle is capped at twelve so everyone gets airtime. Each session, one member demos something they actually built or bought, including the parts that broke. Then everyone says what they need.

Where you would sit
Each Circle is its own group with its own facilitator and its own schedule. Twelve seats, no more. When a Circle fills, we open the next one rather than growing this one.

Predictable beats elaborate. You know what you are walking into and you know when it ends.
Hard stop at 45. Ending early is a feature.

For facilitators
Facilitators are not recruited from outside. They come up through the room. You learn the format by living it, then you get one of your own, with your name on it.
Roughly five months end to end. That is deliberate. It filters for people who will still be here in a year.
Start at step oneTurn up and take part. You cannot run the format until you have lived it.
Take the show & tell slot. Demo something real, including what broke.
Run the room alongside the facilitator, with them there if it wobbles.
Register, choose your Circle, and come to the next session. If it is not useful, do not come back. That is a better filter than anything we could write here.
